Une organisation s'était constituée naturellement une équipe d'innovation intégrée par du personnel interne et des spécialistes externes en technologie blockchain et régénération. Pendant des mois, cette équipe avait avancé intensément : tissant des réseaux, contrastant des solutions technologiques, explorant de nouveaux paradigmes.
Cependant, une tension organisationnelle a émergé. Alors que l'équipe d'innovation progressait de façon organique et non planifiée, le reste de l'organisation expérimentait un sentiment de déconnexion et de déplacement.
Le défi était clair : resituer toute l'organisation dans le même horizon de compréhension.
La Proposition : Cartographie Narrative du Chemin Parcouru
L'intervention a été conçue pour construire un récit cohérent du processus d'innovation, transformant des actions apparemment dispersées en une narrative visuelle et verbale compréhensible pour toute l'organisation.
Objectif : Rendre visible la cohérence des actions menées, bien que tout se soit développé de façon organique et non planifiée.
Le Processus : Construction du Discours Visuel
Une Fresque Interactive a été développée qui servirait comme outil de communication pendant une présentation stratégique. Le travail a consisté en :
- Collecte et synthèse de toutes les actions, décisions et avancées de l'équipe d'innovation
- Identification de patterns et connexions entre éléments apparemment sans lien
- Construction de la narrative qui révélerait la logique sous-jacente du processus
- Conception visuelle d'une carte qui rendrait tangible le chemin parcouru et l'avenir projeté
Le Résultat : La Route Web 2 → Web 3 → Web 4
La fresque a révélé une progression stratégique claire en trois étapes :
Web 2 : Consolidation Interne
Systèmes d'information unifiés et efficaces, propres à l'organisation. La base technologique qui permet la cohérence interne.
Web 3 : Ouverture et Interopérabilité
Systèmes ouverts à d'autres entités publiques et acteurs de l'écosystème, avec capacité d'interopérabilité. Respect et anticipation des standards de l'Union Européenne.
Web 4 : Gouvernance Biorégionale
Un système intégral pensé pour la gouvernance territoriale durable, où la technologie sert à la régénération écosystémique et sociale.
Valeur Méthodologique
Cette intervention a démontré que l'innovation organique n'est pas chaotique. Lorsqu'elle est cartographiée adéquatement, elle révèle des patterns de cohérence qui peuvent ne pas être évidents en temps réel.

What the team knows and the rest can't see: how to connect the dots
An organization had naturally constituted an innovation team integrated by internal staff and external specialists in blockchain technology and regeneration. For months, this team had advanced intensely: weaving networks, contrasting technological solutions, exploring new paradigms.
However, an organizational tension emerged. While the innovation team progressed in an organic and unplanned way, the rest of the organization experienced a feeling of disconnection and displacement.
The challenge was clear: to relocate the entire organization within the same horizon of understanding.
The Proposal: Narrative Mapping of the Path Traveled
The intervention was designed to build a coherent narrative of the innovation process, transforming apparently scattered actions into a visual and verbal narrative comprehensible to the entire organization.
Objective: Make visible the coherence of the actions carried out, even though everything had developed in an organic and unplanned way.
The Process: Construction of Visual Discourse
An Interactive Mural was developed that would serve as a communication tool during a strategic presentation. The work consisted of:
- Collection and synthesis of all actions, decisions and advances of the innovation team
- Pattern identification and connections between apparently unconnected elements
- Construction of the narrative that would reveal the underlying logic of the process
- Visual design of a map that would make tangible the path traveled and the projected future
The Result: The Web 2 → Web 3 → Web 4 Route
The mural revealed a clear strategic progression in three stages:
Web 2: Internal Consolidation
Unified and efficient information systems, owned by the organization. The technological base that enables internal coherence.
Web 3: Openness and Interoperability
Systems open to other public entities and ecosystem actors, with interoperability capacity. Compliance with and anticipation of European Union standards.
Web 4: Bioregional Governance
An integral system designed for sustainable territorial governance, where technology serves ecosystemic and social regeneration.
Methodological Value
This intervention demonstrated that organic innovation is not chaotic. When adequately mapped, it reveals patterns of coherence that may not be evident in real time.
